German, as usual, was prompt, and made the set up as easy as can be. Tear down was also a breeze for him and his crew. We appreciate you so much German! I was impressed with how hard German and his team worked to make sure everything was set up properly and safely. They took very good care of their equipment and inflatables, and everything was in very good condition. German was flexible and understanding in accommodating all of the COVID-19 protocols put in place by our school. He was also knowledgeable about the operational complexities of having several inflatables running at the same time time. I highly recommend … for a big or small function.”
“The service was amazing!! German emailed to confirm my online order the same day. I was worried about rain since it is the winter time and he reassured me I could call the day before to cancel if I needed to due to rain. The weather ended up being amazing and we got our amazing jumper! German called the day before to ask if he could drop off the jumper at 8am for no additional cost. Our requested time was 11-5. When he called to ask if a early drop off was okay I told him no problem we will be home and he said it would still be the same price! We ended up getting to have the jumper from 8am-6:30pm! The kids jumped all day so worth the money! We will def be returning customers!!!”
